New Grad, Entry LevelUtz Quality Foods is expanding and seeking Packaging Machine Operators for their Weekend Day Shift team. This role involves setting up and operating packaging lines, monitoring packaging quality, and maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate packaging lines safely and efficiently
Perform routine checks at shift start and throughout the day to ensure machines are running properly
Monitor packaging quality (weights, seals, codes, pricing)
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and support maintenance as needed
Keep accurate records of production, film usage, and quality checks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Communicate with the next shift and support teamwork across lines
Train new operators as needed
Qualification
Required
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Ability to read and understand English instructions and communicate effectively with operators and maintenance personnel
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to obtain a forklift license (training provided)
Basic computer skills for simple data entry
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Preferred
Knowledge of packaging machine equipment (preferred, but training available)
