Responsibilities

Lead all accounting and finance operations across multiple manufacturing locations, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting

Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation

Establish and enforce standardized close schedules, policies, and procedures across all sites

Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variances, partnering closely with plant leadership to improve data quality and operational insight

Implement stronger controls around inventory counts, reconciliations, and production reporting

Serve as the primary point of ownership for audited financials and coordination with external audit partners

Evaluate and improve existing accounting systems and workflows, including process cleanup and documentation

Develop forward-looking financial reporting and operating metrics to support leadership decision-making

Partner with operations and leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow visibility

Support strategic initiatives including growth planning, capital investments, and commercial expansion

Mentor and develop a lean finance and accounting team, setting expectations and building accountability

Act as a financial thought partner to ownership and senior leadership, bringing structure and clarity to an evolving organization
