Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and delivery performance
Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to support business goals, improve efficiency, and reduce costs
Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships; evaluate supplier performance using key metrics and implement corrective actions where needed
Oversee purchasing operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely fulfillment of material and service requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and align procurement strategies with production and operational needs
Analyze market trends, cost drivers, and supply chain risks to inform procurement decisions and ensure business continuity
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including system enhancements, automation, and process optimization within the procurement function
Guide team members, promoting best practices and professional growth within the department

Required

5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations
Proven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost reduction strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP or procurement systems
Experience in the Printing, Communications, or Packaging industry

Preferred

Certification in CPSM or CSCP preferred but not required
