Administrative Assistant / Operations Specialist
3D Infotech is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Operations Specialist to help ensure the office and operational processes run smoothly. The role involves supporting administrative tasks, managing supplier and customer portals, and coordinating scheduling and communication across multiple teams.

Responsibilities
Support internal teams with form completion, document preparation, and follow-up
Manage supplier and customer portals, ensuring accurate data and timely updates
Assist with sales commissions and bonus tracking, timesheets, and basic reporting
Support HR operations within ADP (onboarding offboarding paperwork, employee files, Payroll)
Maintain office supplies, shipping, and facility coordination
Coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements
Track and manage emails and phone calls
Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications
Assist in organizing process documentation, SOPs, and compliance tasks
Support purchasing activities (vendor quotes, order follow-up)
Manage company records and help maintain digital filing systems
Help coordinate operational excellence initiatives for leadership

Qualification
Required
2–4 years of administrative or operations support experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Experience with MS Office, Google Workspace, and online portals
