OneTouch Direct is a dynamic team seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves engaging with customers, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to enhance their experience with ATT products and services.

Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm while addressing customer inquiries
Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of service
Educate customers about services and promotions to enhance their experience
Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
A customer-focused mindset and passion for helping others
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks
Proficiency in computer applications and systems
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred but not required
