Salon Manager / Saloon Manager
Hair Saloon® is a company focused on providing exceptional grooming experiences for men and young men. They are seeking a Salon Manager who will lead a team, oversee daily operations, and ensure a high-quality guest experience while performing grooming services.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team in alignment with Hair Saloon’s core values, standards, and culture
Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent for your saloon
Conduct regular coaching conversations and performance evaluations to support team growth and accountability
Perform premium men’s grooming services to Hair Saloon standards approximately 75% of the time
Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, quality control, store finances, and facilities
Ensure an exceptional guest experience by supporting our guests in selecting services, styles, and products
Build lasting relationships with guests, team members, and corporate partners
Follow, communicate, and reinforce Hair Saloon’s standard operating procedures
Foster a positive, professional, team-oriented environment rooted in servant leadership
Qualification
Required
Active Missouri cosmetology and/or barber license
Minimum 3 years of experience in the hair industry
Prior leadership or management experience required
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance people leadership with business accountability
Comfort using retail computer technology and basic financial reporting
Flexible availability, including a full-time schedule Monday through Saturday
