Responsibilities

Define and execute the technology roadmap for Connected Service, Value Chain products, and Energy Assistance Program (EAP) initiatives—setting the direction for future growth and innovation
Lead a high-performing team of engineers, fostering collaboration and driving project goals to successful completion
Oversee planning for multiple products, ensuring each launch meets industry standards and exceeds expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to prioritize projects, define metrics, and deliver business impact
Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and create opportunities for professional development
Negotiate and manage third-party contracts to support strategic objectives
Develop new business opportunities and build compelling business cases that accelerate Toyota’s competitive edge

Required

Bachelor's degree that provides a strong foundation in IT, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience where you've planned, developed, and launched products in the market
At least 5 years of direct management experience, acting as a change agent and building high-performing, collaborative teams
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-company initiatives with enterprise-wide impact
Proven leadership and communication skills in multicultural and international environments
Experience mentoring and developing talent
Willingness to travel up to 25% both internationally and domestically
Hands-on experience with three major project cycles for electronic and connected service planning

Preferred

Advanced degree that deepens your expertise in Engineering, IT, or Business Administration
Extra years of experience managing mid-to-large scale projects at the enterprise level
Valuable certifications in Project Management or related fields
Specialized skills in server/service/cloud architecture, ECU/hardware interface, signal processing, or embedded software
Experience in cost planning or P&L management
Proficiency with MS Office, including Copilot
Completion of core Toyota Way competencies such as TBP Panelist, JKK, and OJD
