Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables

Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as resource allocation and scheduling

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them

Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, architects, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting effective communication, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management

Required

Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

PMP

5 to 7 years in related field

PMP certification is mandatory

Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects

Experience in managing infrastructure, cloud, and voice projects is essential

Strong understanding of PM methodologies and their application in project management

Proficiency in project management tools for project planning, tracking, and reporting

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions

Solid understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
