Executive Recruiter-Remote
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth pre-screen interviews to assess leadership style, technical expertise, qualifications, reasons for movement, compensation information, and cultural alignment
Deliver curated shortlists and comprehensive candidate summaries to client stakeholders
Advise on compensation benchmarking, talent availability, and succession planning strategies
Source and engage top leadership talent through targeted out reach, referrals, and market mapping
Leveraging the CRM to track candidate outreach and pipelines
Sourcing candidates from multiple platforms (e.g., Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn)
Manage the offer process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or relative experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Top Echelon)
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Experience working remotely
Preferred
2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations
Commission Only Recruiters Preferred
