Responsibilities
Support the execution of US Fertility’s social media strategy across corporate and clinic-level channels
Assist with content planning and publishing, including writing captions, selecting imagery, and preparing assets for approval
Collaborate with creative and clinical partners to develop educational and brand-aligned social content
Maintain day-to-day channel management, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and identifying opportunities for community interaction
Ensure adherence to social media guidelines, brand standards, and healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, FTC)
Monitor platform trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to inform recommendations for content and engagement
Track, organize, and report on social performance metrics, providing insights to guide ongoing optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
3–5 years of hands-on social media experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, nonprofit, or another regulated category
Working knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics)
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain organized content workflows
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
