Responsibilities

Generate new business by identifying market opportunities and developing brand awareness
Partner with Product and Tech groups to design scalable process to support growth in sales, on boarding, customer support, and product operations
Build and scale sales and operational processes to ensure a seamless client experience driving revenue
Lead marketing effort to build platform brand and recognition
Collaborate internally and externally to identify opportunities and deliver value-added solutions

Required

1-3+ years of experience in the mortgage technology space or working with tech products within the Banking/Financial Services/Mortgage industries
MLO licensed in AZ, CA or NV or currently in process
Strong communication skills & analytical skills
Be customer-obsessed
The ability to work both collaboratively within a team environment, and independently where required
Demonstrated success scaling growth stage business and product launch

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree
Business Development or Sales experience in the fintech or mortgage technology industry
Experience scaling cross-functional teams in fast-paced evolved environments
