Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service that is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and fostering lasting relationships

Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience

Facilitate cross-selling of complimentary products

Inform customers of Range USA services, discounts, special offers, sales, and promotions

Meet or exceed sales goals

Meet or exceed all personal and store metric goals

Answer customer questions regarding product pricing, features, and availability

Assist with maintaining the store’s visual objectives and housekeeping standards by restocking, straightening merchandise, and ensuring that overall store appearance and cleanliness meets the company’s standards

Produce the daily required documents including the 4473 forms, daily gun counts serial audits, position schedule, range, classroom, and course needs

Manage store software to create merchandise labels and to stay up to date on daily store sales - actual vs. goals

Conduct store opening and closing procedures including cleanliness, register setup, reconciliation, and store security

Ensure all proper firearm safety rules are followed

Ensure that range maintenance takes place to ensure lanes are working and any issues are addressed if possible. If necessary, relaying to the manager the parts needed for repair

Maintain compliance with all involved government agencies including 4473 and background check processes during the firearm sales process

Remain up to date on new products that our customers have interest in

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required

1-2 years of customer service sales experience preferably within a specialty retail environment

Ability to understand, recall and follow complex compliance regulations and the ability to work with highly confidential information

Availability to work a flexible schedule and hours necessary to open and/or close the store including nights, weekends, and holidays

Communicates with customers to ensure that they are satisfied and that their needs are being met
