Administrator II Category Assistant

Responsibilities
Manage accurate cost paperwork for the category team and communicate entry timeline into the pricing system
Inputs new data into assigned database, report, or documents
Processes changes to data in assigned database as required and maintains log of actions related to change
Maintains department records and files
As necessary, conducts regular review of assigned database, report, or various documents to identify discrepancies in data and ensure accuracy
Corrects inaccurate data and maintains documentation of action or communication related to correction
Assist with the validation of vendor submitted deals
Partners with Pricing to grid advertising signs and pricing
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience (clerical, administrative, retail, etc.)
Familiar with Microsoft Programs
Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
Ability to manage day to day activities for identified responsibilities
Preferred
Associates Degree
