Responsibilities
Maintains personnel files of both active and termed employees
Assist with screening applicants for interviews and hire
Represents the facility at career fairs and community events
Assists with front desk coverage in the facility
Performs data entry and communicates effectively with interdisciplinary team
Qualification
Required
Two or more years of Administrative or Medical Office experience required
Must demonstrate sound capabilities, to include but not limited to, Employment and Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, EEOC, and other state/federal employment laws
Preferred
Associates degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred. Prior experience in lieu of education accepted
Ideal candidate will have superior communication skills and knowledge of all Human Resources functions
