Provide high-level client service and focus on retention
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters
Manage accurate client file documentation within agency systems
Review and evaluate new and existing accounts
Complete and submit applications
Update or add new coverage based on client requests
Pursue continuous learning to expand product knowledge and service effectiveness
Represent TRICOR in the community as a trusted insurance partner
Qualification
Required
Client relationship management skills
Insurance knowledge
Strong organizational skills
Ability to provide high-level client service
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters
Ability to manage accurate client file documentation within agency systems
Ability to review and evaluate new and existing accounts
Ability to complete and submit applications
