Responsibilities
Run and monitor batch jobs in PeopleSoft Financials
Monitor system outputs and error messages; troubleshoot issues
Operate and maintain printing and mailing equipment
Maintain inventory and assist with evaluating new equipment
Create and maintain operational documentation
Provide responsive support to internal users
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
Strong adherence to documented processes
Excellent attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability
Ability to work independently in a structured environment
Preferred
Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or similar systems
Ability to create and run queries
Experience with FTP/SFTP tools (e.g., GoAnywhere)
SQL knowledge and understanding of relational databases
