Responsibilities
Answering and directing phone calls, pages, radio requests, and faxes courteously and professionally
Assisting with selling the hotel and coordinating reservation details
Serving as a key point of contact for guests by providing information, accurately assessing needs, and responding to a wide variety of requests
Adding personal recommendations and thoughtful touches to ensure each interaction is seamless and tailored to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
Maintaining compliance with Four Seasons’ policies and standards
Qualification
Required
Comfortable safeguarding confidential information
Ability to remain calm during challenging situations
Ability to work well and maintain organization in a fast paced environment
Strong problem solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests
Strong guest service experience
Strong computer skills
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
Strong communication and interpersonal skills that is friendly and helpful in disposition
Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Must be flexible with their schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and evening/overnights if needed
Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in Front Office, Concierge or Reservations
