Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive banking services, including transactions processing, account opening, servicing, and loan processing, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous service, and resolve client concerns directly or through appropriate referrals
Engage customers through personal connections, open-ended questions, and active listening to build lasting relationships and trust
Maintain deep expertise in all Broadway deposit and loan products to effectively educate and advise customers
Achieve sales goals by understanding customer financial needs and presenting tailored solutions for Broadway’s products and services
Build and expand relationships through outbound calls for service, sales, and account onboarding
Utilize CRM effectively to capture client information, record activities, schedule follow-up actions, and identify next likely sales opportunities, facilitating robust customer relationship management
Work collaboratively with Broadway bankers and LOB partners to connect customers with the right expertise for their financial needs
Manage risk, practice loss prevention, and adhere to security policies while maintaining confidentiality
Support retail objectives and meet regularly with Financial Center Manager to review goals and performance
Perform other duties as assigned in compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies
This position may require travel within the Bank’s geographic area

Required

Previous retail or consultative sales experience
Demonstrated sales and service experience with proven success in establishing and meeting sales goals
Experience in using personal computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college-level coursework is a plus
Meet and maintain financial responsibility, character and general fitness standards along with all other established requirements for an individual Loan Originator (LO) in accordance with Regulation Z
Work involves sitting, extended periods of standing and occasional walking
Requires close visual acuity
Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, pull weights or otherwise move objects weighing as much as 50 lbs. on a regular basis and/or for extended periods of time during the workday
Occasional overtime or extended hours may be required
