Responsibilities

You will work in an onsite capacity
Provide project management support to domestic and international C2S programs; this will include coordination and conduct of meetings, support to programs on material movements and supporting special projects as assigned
Coordinate and manage the operational support requirements for contingent employees to ensure project continuity; this will include providing support and access to remote employees
Support maintaining repair data for C2S programs
Create shipments to Raytheon facilities, vendors and field sites representatives (FSRs) in Program Reliability Information System for Management system (PRISM)
Update and close-out material shipments
Create Requests for Material/Requests for Change (RFM/RFC) for new material buys and repairs
Monitor Due in For Maintenance (DIFM) requests – close-out DIFMs and create Work Orders, send outstanding DIFM list to FSRs
Update weekly Integrated Product Team charts
Help C2S Program Managers with shipments and Requests for Material (RFMs)
Pull reports from PRISM and repair data
Create Requisition and Invoice/Shipping Documents (DD-1149) for parts that come into Fullerton with missing DD-1149s
Enter parts that are identified for export/import into the Jurisdiction and Classification Assessment tool
Create monthly Mission Incomplete, Awaiting Parts (MICAP) Report
Update and maintain Master Reconciliation Spreadsheet for semi-annual parts reconciliation requirement for our customers
Work directly with on-site facilities and track material movement within the Fullerton plant as needed
Support site Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) activities and initiatives
Provide site contact for Security for visitors, assign badges, guest accounts and touch down offices
Assist with compiling data and report preparation across C2S programs
Administer SharePoint sites, Teams sites, and other shared drives, including site content updates, user access, and assisting users with access and troubleshooting
Manage onboarding, relocations, separations, and asset assignments for employees, customers, and sub-contractors in coordination with Raytheon Fullerton Facilities
Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested, including special projects as assigned

Required

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
Experience in Operations or Customer Service roles
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Secret - Current security clearance

Preferred

Proactive team player with excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities
Proficiency with MS Office 365 Tool Suite, Zoom, and SharePoint
