Responsibilities
Process high-volume accounts payable invoices across two ERP systems
Manage approximately 150 AP invoices per week, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Process weekly payment runs, including ACH and wire payments
Support limited accounts receivable activity (approximately 10 invoices per week)
Perform light reconciliations and assist with prepaid expense tracking
Communicate with vendors regarding invoice questions and payment status
Adapt quickly to existing workflows and documentation with minimal oversight
Collaborate with internal team members to maintain continuity during staffing transitions
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of accounts payable experience
Experience working with any ERP system (flexibility and adaptability are key)
Comfortable processing ACH and wire payments
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage volume efficiently
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables not required)
Clear, professional communication skills for vendor interaction
Ability to work independently and pick up new systems quickly
