Responsibilities

Support operations-focused projects aligned with evolving fleet processes and operating models
Assist with research, data collection, analysis, and reporting to support operational decision-making
Supporting process automation initiatives
Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
Provide day-to-day support to the Fleet Operations team as needed, including documentation and workflow support
Participate in project planning and execution, helping track progress and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand operational needs and support implementation of solutions
Learn about railcar operations, repair workflows, and fleet management while supporting day-to-day operational needs

Required

Entry-level position
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred)
