Responsibilities
Design end-to-end product experiences , including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
Translate business requirements and user needs into elegant, usable design solutions
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define scope, priorities, and success metrics
Partner with Engineers to ensure designs are feasible, buildable, and implemented as intended
Use research, data, and usability testing to validate and iterate on designs
Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and UI standards
Present design concepts, rationale, and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across platforms
Support and mentor junior designers as needed
Advocate for user-centered design best practices across the organization
Qualification
Required
4–10+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
Strong portfolio showcasing product design work across web and/or mobile platforms
Experience designing within agile, cross-functional teams
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, FigJam, Sketch, etc.)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week
Preferred
Experience with enterprise, SaaS, or consumer-facing products
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
Exposure to UX research and data-driven decision making
Experience influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
