Responsibilities

Selling, detailing, and executing events with a focus on weddings, social, and catering events
Acting as the main liaison between clients and the hotel
Working closely with the kitchen, service teams, and sales to ensure seamless communication and flawless execution
Creating memorable and unforgettable experiences from booking through event follow-up

Required

Ability to use Delphi required
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask. High level of creativity
Must be flexible with their schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and evening/overnights if needed
Able to negotiate, organize, delegate & work under pressure
Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States

Preferred

Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and internet technology – preferred
