Responsibilities

Student recruitment + enrollment targets (leads → trials → enrollments), plus retention/referrals

Local growth playbook: open houses, trial classes, partnerships (eg. school/community)

KPI tracking & performance optimization (conversion, enrollment, revenue)

Cross-functional execution with Sales/BD + Marketing + Curriculum

Lead day-to-day operations across centers with Center Directors to deliver a safe, high-quality learning environment

Coach and develop center teams with clear accountability tied to growth metrics

Use market/competitor insights to refine programs and launch new offerings

Communicate program value + student outcomes to families ( English + Chinese)
