Responsibilities
Oversee multiple Compliance (2nd Line) remediation workstreams and action plans
Manage integrated project plans, workstream calls, and delivery milestones
Lead audit closure activities and remediation execution aligned with audit expectations
Maintain and drive RAID logs , escalation management, and leadership reporting
Deliver clear, concise project communications to senior and executive stakeholders
Identify, assess, and escalate key risks and issues proactively
Coordinate across multiple Compliance leaders and workstream owners
Oversee work performed by others within the delivery framework
Facilitate planning sessions and working meetings, including occasional onsite engagement
Ensure delivery within a Waterfall project management environment
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall program/project management experience
Proven experience delivering 2nd Line Compliance-owned projects
Strong background in audit remediation and audit closure activities
Experience managing programs within large, complex organizations (financial services or banking preferred)
PMP certification required
Strong working knowledge of RAID management (Jira preferred)
Proficiency with MS Project and MS PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams with different business owners
Preferred
Experience managing Compliance functions directly
Experience delivering remediation outside of pure IT or regulatory-only programs
High level of clarity and structured communication style
