Pre-Sales Screener Representative - St. Peters

$17/hr - $20/hrCarShield is seeking talent to join its growing Pre-Sales team. This role is responsible for having the initial conversation with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and setting up customers with our Sales department.

Gathering key information from prospective customers and supporting their transition to the Sales team
Maintaining a consistently positive attitude and customer first approach to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Maintaining current knowledge of products and services offered
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to work fully on-site
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions
Ability to present oneself well over the phone
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Highly coachable
Ability to effectively multi-task
Willingness to work 1-2 Saturday(s) per month
Experience in a call center a plus (training will be provided)
Basic computer and typing skills
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
