Partner Forces is a management consulting firm specializing in homeland security challenges. They are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst SME to lead investigations, analyze cybersecurity incidents, and develop operational processes to enhance cybersecurity operations.

Responsibilities
Lead and support the investigation, analysis, and response to cybersecurity incidents across complex environments
Analyze and interpret cybersecurity reporting related to both vulnerabilities (environmental) and threats (actor-based) to identify risks, trends, and impacts
Develop, document, and refine repeatable operational processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs), to enable consistent and effective cybersecurity operations
Apply deep subject matter expertise to advise stakeholders and support mission-critical cybersecurity activities, drawing on 10+ years of relevant experience
Qualification
Required
US Citizen (the nature of our contract requires employees be US citizens)
Top Secret clearance required
At least 10 years of experience
Demonstrated expertise in investigating and responding to cybersecurity incidents
Proven experience analyzing cybersecurity reports related to both vulnerabilities and threat actors
Strong ability to develop and document repeatable processes for SOPs
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on mitigating cyber risks
Strong communication skills to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM are a plus
Experience in federal contracting or working in a government-related cybersecurity environment is highly preferred
