Responsibilities

Transforming data into strategic insights to support divisional decision-making
Creating reports based on detailed data mining, analysis, and visualization
Conducting advanced statistical analysis and modeling to uncover operational trends as well as areas for improvement
Developing, implementing, and maintaining the analytical infrastructure (including dynamic Business Intelligence dashboards)
Proactively identifying opportunities, formulating strategic recommendations based on rigorous trend analysis and benchmarking
Gathering business requirements, providing status updates, and successfully conveying complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal), with the ability to convey complex data findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
Exceptional Research and Analytical Skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets
Experience Developing Data Visualizations, Dashboards, and standard reporting utilizing business tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Preferred

Master's Degree
Excellent Project Management Skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Demonstrate Initiative and a proactive approach to identify and address analytical needs
Effective Interpersonal Skills for successful collaboration with technical and non-technical staff
Strong Critical Thinking Ability and effective problem solving skills
Experience working in Higher Education
