Soccer Shots Franchising is an engaging children's soccer program focused on character development for children ages 2-8. They are seeking a self-driven and organized Administrative Assistant to assist with marketing materials, manage equipment, communicate with customers, and maintain schedules.

Responsibilities

Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials

Managing equipment preparation, distribution, and inventory

Communicating directly with customers/partners via email and phone

Updating our registration system with new locations and current locations by season

Communicating and maintaining staff schedules and office calendar

Maintaining the office order

Delivering Gifts/Documents to schools when necessary

Meet quarterly goals

Coaching (Soccer Sessions) at multiple of your own assigned locations (Addition to make Full Time Position)
