Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate accounting-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery

Drive business readiness by managing process impact assessments, communications, and stakeholder engagement for accounting teams

Integrate accounting processes, controls, and system reporting requirements into business initiatives to maintain compliance and operational excellence

Serve as a key liaison between Accounting, Finance, and business partners, providing clear communication on project status, risks, and dependencies

Maintain project artifacts such as plans and status reports to support governance and transparency

Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and support adoption of best practices

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Self-starter, quick learner, and effective team player

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
