Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HR system functionality

Identify system challenges and recommend enhancements that support business goals

Support HR system projects, including acquisitions and new module rollouts

Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve business processes designs

Create and maintain standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards

Provide end-user support, including job aids, training materials, and communications

Review, test and validate system updates, upgrades, and new functionality

Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders (e.g., payroll, HR Business Partners) to ensure they are supported in their use of HR systems

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Human Resources, or a related subject or equivalent experience required

Working knowledge and previous experience with HR/Payroll data and systems

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) including a strong understanding and experience with database, spreadsheet, and report writing tools
