Responsibilities
Lead a team to manage and grow new equipment & spare parts sales, along with onsite technical service
Ensure professional and timely response to customer enquiries (either email, virtual or physical)
Overall responsible for top line growth and profitability
Create and market preventative (regular) maintenance service plans
Increase onsite service business
Increase sales of new, replacement or upgraded equipment
Support sales with visits, training and customer presentations
Build sustainable and profitable product sourcing model
Build customer relationships and contacts to corporate stakeholders
Develop sales and marketing campaigns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher, in engineering, automation, technology, or similar
5+ years sales and/or product management experience
Strong mechanical aptitude, understanding of assembly/disassembly of equipment and reading engineering drawings
Ability to work with minimal supervision in the field both independently and with Service Technicians
Have a service mindset and customer focus
Must be self-motivated, able to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Legal status to work in the United States is required
Preferred
Experience in the pulp and paper industry is preferred
