Responsibilities

Lead and review work performed by Ensono systems programmers
Coordinate with application teams (~20 COBOL/Java devs) and infrastructure stakeholders
Support CICS, DB2, batch processes, and mainframe tools (CA7, CA1, IBM RMM)
Guide RACF security, TLS/SSL, TCP/IP, and other mainframe networking initiatives
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and validate implementations
Participate in IPLs and system upgrades as needed

Qualification

Z/OS systems experienceRACF/security administrationTCP/IP networkingTLS/SSL knowledgeAnalytical mindsetTroubleshooting skillsSYSPLEX experienceHealthcare/claims exposureCommunication skillsLeadership skills

Required

Senior-level z/OS systems experience; familiar with mainframe tools and products
Strong RACF/security administration skills
Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, TLS/SSL, FTP
Analytical and troubleshooting mindset; can work from failure codes/logs
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred

SYSPLEX experience
healthcare/claims exposure
