They are seeking a full-time Interior Designer responsible for creating innovative design concepts, space planning, and collaborating with clients and contractors to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities
Creating innovative and thoughtful design concepts
Daily tasks include space planning, preparing construction drawings, specifying and selecting finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution
Consultation with clients to understand their vision and preferences and delivering designs that meet their unique needs
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design concepts
Familiarity with Architecture and the ability to prepare and interpret Construction Drawings
Knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection and specifications
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or similar tools
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate client visions into cohesive designs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, and the design team
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in luxury residential or custom home design is highly preferred
Relevant certifications are a plus
