Responsibilities
Manage structural steel erection projects through all phases, from kickoff to closeout
Coordinate with field crews, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
Track project progress and address issues related to scope, schedule, or cost
Review drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing structural steel erection projects
Direct, hands-on experience in structural steel erection is required
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred
Experience with large or complex projects is preferred but not required
