Handle insurance defense litigation, including personal injury, property damage, and general liability cases
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
Manage case files from inception to resolution
Qualification
Required
J.D. and active bar license in Alabama
1-3 years of insurance defense or litigation experience
Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
