Responsibilities
5-10 years of 4G/5G design and deployment experience
5G Cloud Packet Core Experience (2-5 years) – AMF, SMF/UPF , NRD (NRF/NSSF)
Hands on Lab Experience (For Lab Specific Assignments) SA Role
Network Design & Architecture - Able to Design 4G/5G Lab based upon 3GPP Spec
Instantiation / Integration Experience - Able to integrate Kubernetes Cluster, Instantiate and Integrate Interfaces
Detailed working knowledge for Cloud Architecture (Redhat / Openshift / AWS/ NCS / NCP)
Networking Experience & Troubleshooting - Able to verify Calls flow vs 3GPP Spec and troubleshoot as needed
2-5 years’ experience with Container based Architecture and Kubernetes as well as current cloud infrastructure systems (NCS/NCP, Openshift, AWS)
4G / LTE ePC Core expertise MME (Nokia CMM/WMM platforms) and GW – SGW, PGW, ePDG ( Nokia CMG platform)
Thorough understanding of 5GSA Call Flow – looking for hands-on capable folks that can read a trace, troubleshoot 3GPP call flows
Detailed knowledge in creation of HLD(High Level Design) and LLD (Low Level Design)
Previous 5GSA and LTE Network Performance Experience is needed
IP routing knowledge/experience is critical
KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Analysis, must be able to understand KPIs as they relate to call flows and 3GPP
Strong communication skills to be able to defend their work / technical expertise in front of Nokia’s customer and other vendors
Able to design and synthesize the relevant functionality of a feature from Nokia Documentation that pertains to a specific customer network implementation and propose scenarios that demonstrate/defend the feature
Nokia ePC certifications highly preferred
Excel/PowerPoint Experience is preferred to program and create and customize reports
