They are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to provide high-touch support across email and live chat platforms, assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a consistent brand voice.

Responsibilities
Provide daily customer support via email and live chat across multiple platforms
Assist customers with order inquiries, shipping updates, returns, exchanges, and product questions
Resolve customer issues in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
Update and maintain customer service templates, macros, and FAQs
Collaborate with fulfillment, production, and e-commerce teams to ensure accurate order resolution
Track and document customer interactions and recurring issues
Ensure all communication aligns with brand tone, policies, and service standards
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and customer experience
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of customer service experience (e-commerce or DTC strongly preferred)
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple conversations at once in a fast-paced environment
Organized, reliable, and proactive problem solver
Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times
Preferred
Experience with customer service platforms Shopify, or similar is a plus
