Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security practices throughout the development lifecycle
Manage containerized deployments and orchestrations using Kubernetes across multiple environments
Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles and ensure compliance with cloud security standards
Conduct security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and risk mitigation activities
Drive continuous improvements in automation, monitoring, and incident response
Mentor junior engineers and influence DevSecOps best practices across engineering teams
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related field
Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, artifacts, and automation workflows
Solid operational knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and microservices architecture
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
Deep understanding of secure software development practices and compliance frameworks
Experience implementing security tooling and CI/CD integrations (e.g., SAST, DAST, dependency scanning)
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives or teams, with strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or ARM templates
Knowledge of cloud-native security services in Azure (Defender for Cloud, Key Vault, Sentinel)
Certifications such as AZ-400, CISSP, or CKA/CKS are a plus
