Responsibilities
Work under the guidance of a Senior Loan Officer to enhance performance and production
Engage in consistent outreach to Financial Planners, Realtors, and other referral partners through calls, visits, and networking events
Conduct internet research to identify new business opportunities and assist in problem-solving
Manage follow-ups and lead pipelines with professionalism and urgency
Maintain accurate documentation and utilize CRM tools effectively
Perform basic loan calculations and assist clients with understanding product options
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of residential mortgage loan origination experience
NMLS licensed in California under DFPI (required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is a strong plus
Preferred
Prior experience with reverse mortgages or corporate lead handling is preferred
Benefits
