The Lead Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Product Management team by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for prior authorization products, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product features align with strategic goals.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Product Management and their contemporaries to understand and define product vision and strategy
Lead engineering, clinical, operations and client-facing teams to validate requirements and ensure alignment with user needs
Communicate value, impacts and timing to cross-functional stakeholders and ELT
Monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch
Support clinical efficacy and clinical outcomes for our clients and patients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Health Informatics or related field
5-7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in healthcare operations or digital health
Experience working in Agile environments and with cross-functional teams
Must showcase experience and impactful work with examples
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
Proficiency in requirements documentation and process modeling
Familiarity with healthcare workflows and terminology, preferably in prior authorization administration or adjacent fields
Strategic planning
Empathy and collaboration
Systems/Tools: MS Office Suite, Azure DevOps, Miro, Figma, Jira, Confluence, EMRs, CRMs, and various workflow and collaboration tools

Prior authorization experience preferred
