Responsibilities

Managing inventory

Processing purchase and repair orders

Handling invoices

Managing accounts payable and receivables

Ordering automotive parts, tools, and other necessary supplies

Answering phones

Effectively communicating with both internal and external parties

Assisting with onboarding and training

Providing valuable clerical support to the on-site manager

Qualification

Required

Valid Driver's License

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word)

Willingness to occasionally work outside or near a mechanical shop with moderate noise

Flexibility to work various shifts

Minimum 1 year experience in office clerical work

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, continuously stand, walk, sit and kneel frequently, enter, exit and drive a variety of vehicles and type

Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Preferred

Knowledge of auto parts and tools a bonus!
