Responsibilities
Handle high-volume accounts payable and receivable , including invoice coding and vendor payments
Maintain accurate transaction entry and support general ledger upkeep
Assist with month-end close , including journal entries and reconciliations
Support project-level settlements and post-event financial tracking
Maintain expense and payment systems and ensure data accuracy
Partner with the Controller and finance team on day-to-day accounting needs
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of accounting experience or recent graduate
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong attention to detail and comfort in fast-paced, transactional environments
Familiarity with accounting systems or expense tools (ERP experience a plus)
Energetic, collaborative, and eager to grow professionally
