They are seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance to provide executive leadership and strategic oversight of all financial operations, ensuring fiscal integrity and compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead organization-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Oversee all accounting functions, including AP/AR, month-end close, and audit readiness

Prepare and present monthly financial statements and performance reporting

Manage grant and contract financial compliance, reporting, and cost allocation

Monitor cash flow, revenue tracking, and financial sustainability

Support medical billing financial oversight and performance review

Partner with leadership to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency

Supervise and mentor finance team staff; build strong systems and accountability
