Contributes to the soundness of the loan portfolio through prompt collections of delinquent loan accounts, maintains a satisfactory percentage of past due accounts

Contributes to the bank’s growth and customer satisfaction by working with customers to resolve delinquent status of accounts

Communicates with delinquent borrowers in attempting to obtain late payments, using various means of contact such as telephone, letters, and personal visits, and documents all action taken

Prepares monthly summary delinquent reports for loan officers and Board of Directors indicating the type and status of delinquent accounts and collection actions taken

Accepts payments and issues receipts for delinquent loans
