Clinical Project Manager

Responsibilities

Supports and promotes Mission Health Partners, Inc. (MHP) network initiatives and activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and activities as it relates to the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), North Carolina Medicaid and other network payor contracts
This is accomplished through comprehensive assessment, planning, monitoring and evaluation of organizational processes and daily activities
This position is responsible for implementation planning, measuring, monitoring and reporting on clinical team projects, performance and impact

Required

Bachelor Degree
Three or more years of progressive administrative, office management or executive secretarial experience
Three years' minimum work related experience including project management in the healthcare industry
Must demonstrate high integrity and excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work well both independently with strong motivation and be team oriented with others in a matrix environment including experience with physicians in a healthcare setting
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to write clear, concise, complete reports, business correspondence and procedures
Must demonstrate flexibility and creative problem solving skills and have a desire to learn new skills and technologies

Preferred

Master Degree in Business Management, Healthcare or other related fields
Notary public
Experience in health related field to include strong ability to create presentations, take minutes, compose letters, transcribe dictation, use standard office equipment and operation of a personal computer
Working knowledge of medical terminology also helpful
Previous state or federal regulatory or managed care compliance experience
