Responsibilities

Analyzing ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and DRG coded data for accuracy and compliance
Identifying trends, denials, and revenue leakage across claims and encounters
Supporting audits, payer reviews, and regulatory reporting initiatives
Building dashboards and reports for clinical, finance, and compliance teams
Partnering with coding, billing, and clinical operations to improve data quality

Qualification

Required

Preferred

Experience working with EHR systems such as Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), or Meditech
Strong SQL, Excel, and BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Deep understanding of CMS, HIPAA, and payer reimbursement rules
Ability to translate technical findings into business-friendly insights
Background supporting revenue cycle, compliance, or healthcare analytics teams
