Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in hydropower, tidal energy, and environmental monitoring
Build strong relationships with utilities, regulators, and research institutions
Drive go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and partnership initiatives
Lead proposal development for RFPs, grants, and strategic collaborations
Represent Innovasea at industry events and regulatory forums
Qualification
Required
5+ years in business development, preferably in environmental tech, hydropower, or AI
A degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Deep understanding of environmental compliance and aquatic ecosystems
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel up to 30%
Preferred
Experience with fish passage systems or aquatic telemetry
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies
