Director/ExecutiveShift Alt Her is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and uplifting women in technology. They are seeking a Director of Sponsorships & Partnerships who will be responsible for identifying and cultivating sponsorship opportunities, establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, and managing sponsorship sales.

Overseeing sponsorship arrangements during events
Supporting Shift Alt Her’s mission by building meaningful collaborations with external organizations
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Sponsorship Sales, Sales, and Sponsorship acquisition
Ability to build and maintain Strategic Partnerships and drive collaborative projects
Proficiency in Event Management, with experience coordinating events and sponsorship involvement
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly organized and self-motivated to volunteer in a remote working environment
Passion for empowering women in technology and aligning with the mission of Shift Alt Her
Preferred
Prior nonprofit or fundraising experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
