Responsibilities
Act as primary point of contact for customers. Consult with prospective customers to assess their needs and requirements, and recommend appropriate products
Maintain relationships with customers throughout the home buying process and ensure their expectations are accurately relayed and priced
Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting sales to existing customers and by identifying/soliciting potential customers
Find new and creative ways to market yourself and our homes to drive traffic while maintaining Qualico’s reputation
Remain up-to-date with the specifications and ongoing promotions of market competitors, customer needs and market trends
Liaise with the project management team throughout the building process to ensure the customer’s requirements are met and clearly communicated
Supervise, develop and provide guidance to Sales Assistants. Ensure clear direction is given and that work is carried out in a safe manner
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of sales experience
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Satisfactory verification of criminal record check
Comfortable using office equipment, Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and SharePoint) and customer relationship management or accounting software (Hubspot, NewStar etc.)
Preferred
Preferably in New Home Sales
